Headaches
and Migraines – most are caused by these one or a combination of 3
things: (1) toxic heavy metals, (2) low grade viral or bacterial
infections or (3) a toxic saturated liver that is overburdened and
cannot keep up. Another factor that can cause headaches is
dehydration.
HEADACHES:
Back
of the Head and Neck – caused by the phrenic nerves becoming
inflamed by the Epstein-Barr virus neurotoxins. They run up through
the chest through the neck.
Migraine
Headaches – migraines can be caused by the Epstein-Barr virus, the
Shingles virus, Streptococcus bacteria, Ammonia Permeability,
Electrolyte Deficiency, Stress, or Menstrual cycle – remember
there are over 60 varieties of EBV and over 30 varieties of Shingles.
- The Epstein-Barr virus can penetrate the vagus nerve – which can irritate and cause inflammation – thus cause a migraine headache.
- The Shingles virus can penetrate the phrenic and trigeminal nerves – inflaming and irritation them to trigger a migraine.
- Streptococcus bacteria – can get into the sinus cavities can also be the culprit to causing migraines.
- Ammonia Permeability – is caused by an imbalance of bacteria in the gut – this bacteria could be streptococcus, e. coli or h. pylori and ammonia gas is produced – ammonia gas then travels up to the phrenic, trigeminal and vagus nerves – and trigger migraines – (another symptom of this would be brain fog and dental problems).
- Electrolyte Deficiencies – can also trigger migraines – pretty simple to self diagnose by noticing if you are dehydrated and you can fix by drinking cucumber juice, celery juice or coconut water.
- Stress – whenever you have stress you have to address or take a look at the adrenal glands – stress will mean that you are likely receiving excess negative adrenalines that can pressure the trigeminal nerves.
- Menstrual Cycle Migraines – during this time of the month the reproductive system requires 80% of the body’s energy and it can weaken the immune system by up to 80% also – so if a women has some other problems like high stress or pathogens mentioned – it can trigger migraines and this is why the majority of migraine sufferers are indeed women.
- Other contributors to migraines are insomnia, toxic heavy metal exposure and eating certain foods. All of these usually have the cofactor of a pathogen like Epstein-Barr, Shingles or Streptococcus or other viruses such as Cytomegalovirus, HHV family or HSV family. Since migraines are mostly associated with pathogens like Epstein-Barr or Shingles you will need to address these along with some hydration care like drinking some cucumber juice, coconut water, lemon water and celery juice – these will really address any hydration issues. Take the antiviral supplements – you should be able to self diagnose your problem knowing this information and treat yourself by taking the correct supplements. Addressing viral issues don’t go away in a week or a month – they take persistence – so stick with those antiviral supplements and remember what feeds viruses as just eliminating the foods that feed them will likely help – the number one food to eliminate is eggs. Other foods to eliminate are: wheat, dairy, pork, soy msg, and cut down on your animal proteins. Migraines are very treatable – but may take time to find out which one is the true root cause and then stick to the supplements like monolaurin, l-lysine, zinc, iodine, Ester-c or Liposomal C, cat’s claw, licorice root, lemon balm, mullein leaf, thyme and you may consider the golden seal protocol – 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off for 2 months then a month off and repeat.
Trigeminal
Neuralgia – definitely caused by the Shingles Virus. Unexplained
Eye pain is caused by the neurotoxin from the shingles virus. Eye
Related Migraines – it is caused by a combination of viral and
heavy metals. HHV- class of viruses can play a part in this. Styes
– this is mostly streptococcus that sits there and has been dormant
in the sinuses– can be from fresh streptococcus also from touching
something and rubbing eyes. Keep the vitamin C up.
Supplements:

Good for Rheumatoid Arthritis – which is caused by Epstein-Barr. Urinary Tract Infections – which are caused by Streptococcus. Chlamydia – which many have because of taking antibiotics. Good for Migraines. Good for planter fasciitis. Good for foot pain, neck pain, jaw pain, restless leg syndrome.
- Nettle Leaf – a powerful herbal medicine that is rich in chlorophyll and minerals like iron, chromium, zinc, copper, magnesium, silicon, cobalt and calcium. High in vitamins A, E, D, C and K. Nettle leaf can neutralize toxic antigens and is a strong immune booster. Nettles have a potent anti-inflammatory agent that curbs the actions of cytokines – an inflammatory attack that can occur during detoxification. Nettle can prevent chronic headaches, sore throats, sinusitis, fatigue and are beneficial to diabetics as it can lower sugar levels in the blood. Nettle leaf is great for the heart and liver and can prevent urinary tract infections, bladder infections and kidney stones. Nettle can help stop nighttime urination – helping with staying asleep longer. Nettle can be used as a mouth rinse – the cooled teas is excellent for gingivitis and helps to prevent plaque buildup.
