First and Foremost: You HAVE to get rid of the Heavy Metals! This is a MUST.
HEAVY METAL DETOX: Heavy Metals MUST be removed. Endometriosis is caused by toxins, poisons, heavy metals and the viruses that feed off of all of these. Clean the cells up and the virus will stop feeding there and either die or become docile. These must be taken together within 24 hours and this is the ONLY and BEST detox to take according to what Anthony says the Spirit of Compassion told him. *Do not take Chlorella.
Do the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothies – 5 ingredients:
1. Wild Blueberries: Wild Blueberries can substitute Wild Blueberry Powder - Vimergy Wild Blueberry Powder is by FAR the best but it is a little more costly - Anthony swears this is the best though. If you do not have the resources you can go with less expensive brand - Wild Blueberry Powders
2. Spirulina: Spirulina - the Spirulina from Vimergy is the very Best right now. Next choice would be -- Hawaiian Spirulina
3. Barley Grass Juice Powder: Barley Grass Juice Powder -- Note: It has to be Barley Grass JUICE Powder and not just Barley Grass Powder. The best brand is by Vimergy but it is more expensive at around $5.68 per ounce. You can find it cheaper if you are financially burdened. Barley Grass Juice Powder - less expensive but possible compromised quality - make sure it is the Juice powder.
4. Cilantro: Cilantro - you can either use 1 cup of cilantro or can get Cilantro Tincture. It is important to know that cilantro doesn't work effectively on its own and needs the other ingredients for optimal metal removal.
5. Dulse: Atlantic Sea Dulse Flakes or Main Coast Dulse Flakes - you want the Dulse from the Atlantic or East Coast. A great option is Main Cost Sea Vegetable Dulse - other options
To make a Smoothie with the above ingredients add 2 bananas, 2 cups of wild blueberries or wild blueberry powder, 1 cup of cilantro or 2 full droppers of cilantro tincture, 1 teaspoon of barley grass juice powder, 1 teaspoon of spirulina and 1 small handful of Atlantic sea dulse. For liquid you can add fresh orange juice, coconut water or plain water.
Supplements that Help Heal Endometriosis:
- Lemon Balm – kills viruses, bacteria and fungus in the intestinal tract and reduces inflammation – thus helps to prevent reactions from eating good foods. Lemon Balm is an incredible Epstein-Barr killer and builds up immune system while knocking EBV out. The Vimergy Brand Lemon Balm is high quality and priced fair. *Purchase the vegetable glycerin and not the alcohol tinctures. Lemon Balm is a must have in all medicinal cabinets along with Cat's Claw and Licorice Root. Lemon balm tincture - best to take this valuable herb tincture every single day. Another antiviral – best to take two full dropper fulls about every 2 to 3 hours when one believes they are coming down with something. For pure preventative care take two dropper fulls twice a day. Cat's Claw -- Lemon Balm -- Licorice Root - the Power 3 herbal tinctures everyone should have in their medicine cabinet at ALL times and should take a couple droppers full every day to prevent and treat complications. (Supplements for Corona Virus and Flu Virus).
- Nettle Leaf tea or Nettle leaf tincture-- provides nutrients to brain, blood and CNS. Great Adaptogen and great to add to lemon balm. A high quality Nettle Leaf Tincture is by Vimergy. (Supplements for Epstein-Barr Virus)
- For Endometriosis -- Lemon Balm and Nettle Leaf blended together – 2 parts lemon balm to 1 part nettle leaf – High doses of Lemon Balm and Nettle every day. If choosing tea – do 3 cups every day. You can do the teas but may be easier to do tinctures.
- Raspberry Leaf tea – try to do some raspberry leaf every other day. More if you can – but every other day will benefit.
- Liquid Zinc Sulfate – this is the best ones – pathogens cannot survive if there is adequate zinc reserves in the body. If you don't like the liquid you can take Zinc by Pure Encapsulations.
- Ester-C or Liposomal C - Vitamin C – feeds the immune white blood cells – they need LOTS of vitamin c.
- B-12 – get the Methylcobalamin and Adenosylcobalamin blend. The liquid B-12 is best and two brands - the Vimergy brand is best and Global Healing Center is next.
- Black Cohosh – check with practitioner to see if it reacts with any medications as it can with some. GAIA makes a decent one.
- The Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie will begin removing heavy metals from both the inside and outside of the uterus and all throughout the body. It will also help to remove poisons and toxins from the endometrial cells so they do not become food for pathogens.
- Everyone has pathogens in the liver and reproductive systems – pathogens like all the HHV’s to Epstein-Barr varieties to Shingles varieties to Streptococcus bacteria groups and varieties. All of these pathogens love to feed off of poisons and toxins – whether it be in foods or the free poisons and toxins in our cells.
- The Goal – the goal is to clean up the toxins in the body and to lower pathogens. If the cells are clean of poisons and toxins they will be bypassed by the pathogens...but it is good to try to eliminate the pathogens in the first place. So get rid of toxins and pathogens should be the main objective.
- Endometriosis – is a very, very serious illness – when you have these poisonous endometrial cells that have been kicked and pushed out of the uterus and they are now outside the uterus – on the bladder – in the pelvic cavity walls – on the ovaries - you want to clean these up also along with the ones inside the uterus.
- *Very Important to know and understand: Once you take the poisons out of the endometrial cells – the pathogens will not even care to feed off of them – so you won’t have to worry about them creating a cyst or a tumor on the bladder, colon, uterus, ovaries or pelvic wall.
