If you have a chronic illness and you like your protein – recovery is not going to easy...you are going to have some troubles recovering. Protein is really not responsible for why many suffer with chronic illness – it does play a role – but it is not responsible. Protein will get in the way of healing. If you have a chronic illness it is NOT protein that is going to save you. If anything – protein can actually hinder a recovery from illness. Protein can get in the way. Almost all the fad diets out there right now have protein as their main ingredient or focal point in some shape or form.

How often have you heard doctor’s say “you need your protein” - “your not getting enough protein” especially to the older generation? Or all these commercials on tv about the high protein shakes for the elderly – like Boost, Ensure, Glucerna, Nutrisystem, Idealshake or Medifast – the philosophy is low carbohydrates and high protein. This is just wrong – they have it backwards. There is a misconception out there about what the right foods are – this misconception is preventing people from getting better. Protein is NOT the answer to getting you better from any kind of illness.

Healing Foods – have NOTHING to do with protein. Protein does NOT heal people.

The protein concept: this began in the 1930’s and 1940’s where women would be getting mysterious symptoms like tremors, weakness in the limbs, numbness and tingling, anxiety, depression, reproduction issues, painful feet, brain fog, eye floater, debilitating fatigue and migraines. All of these barely even existed before the 1930’s.

Since no one knew what was going on with these women – the scapegoat was Protein. Maybe you need protein – lack of protein was blamed for all these mysterious symptoms. This is how it all started with the protein fad that is still alive and well today.

Who created the protein craze? Men. Men were in charge of everything back then. This was the answer to why women were becoming ill with multiple symptoms.

Back in the 1940’s a FLOOD of women all throughout the U.S. went to the doctor. Doctor’ offices had never experienced anything like this in history. They had no clue what the real problem was. Somehow protein became the focal point of healing.

Even if you are eating well – you’re eating you bananas, apples, oranges, grapes, lemons and celery juice everyday – but you also eat 3 eggs a day for breakfast, a ham sandwich for lunch and a hamburger or steak later on for supper – you will have a very difficult time in healing.

We obviously do need protein – Spinach is a great source for protein – but this type of protein doesn’t seem to fill you up very well. Why? The proteins in spinach are bioactive proteins. They are easily digested and used by the body very quickly. They are efficient because they get in those hard to reach places in the body that needs proteins – but at the same time they don’t fill you up because there is no fat in spinach protein.

Why do people love animal protein? Why do people feel so satisfied when eating it? It is because of the FAT. If you suddenly decide to go on a diet without animal protein and are eating all kinds of salads with lots of spinach you may not feel like you are eating enough or not feel satiated. This is because you were so used to heavy fats in your diet. Eating a steak may make you feel instantaneously better – but do not make the mistake and think that it was the protein making you feel better, because it was the fat.

The biggest trick of the past century was the protein scam. This scam is still being played today. The problem is that many doctors actually believe in this still today. This misconception is a disservice to their patients.

We do all need protein – and animal protein is fine in moderation but the focus shouldn’t be on proteins to enhance our health.

We have to shift the focus from protein to calories. Instead of being asked “are you getting enough proteins?” We should ask “are you getting enough calories?”

Bad Protein Sources: Eggs and Cheese

  • Eggs – people think that eating their eggs fill them up and provide energy to lunch because of the protein – this is NOT the truth - there is a lot of fat in eggs and this is what is so fulfilling about eating eggs. But this is not promoting eggs – remember – eggs feed all viruses – such as the Epstein-Barr which can make someone sick with some of those mystery illnesses such as Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Lyme, etc. So many young people today are going to really be sick in about 20 years as the strains in the Epstein-Barr virus among others like Shingles, HHV family have really gotten strong. Just because they are not actively making you sick – doesn’t mean that they are not feeding daily on these eggs and preparing to burst out in numbers and mobile around the body when given an opportunity by the immune system. So many young kids around the age of 20 are just adding dynamite to this ticking time bomb by eating their eggs everyday. Also: do not get duped by the little writing on an egg carton that says “Omega-3 inside” - yes – there is a tiny bit of Omega but not enough to have any impact on your health whatsoever. Plus – when you cook the eggs in any way – you destroy the Omega-3 – so it should say “if eaten raw” on the carton.
      1. Eggs and Cheese feed cysts, thyroid nodules and tumors – they are horrible for women with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome).
      2. Eggs can give you all kinds of Streptococcus infections, can give you sinus infections
      3. The fat in eggs can cause Insulin resistance, can clog up the liver, sets you up for heart disease and osteoporosis down the road.
      4. What is the difference between fruit and eggs? One will help you heal and one will make you sicker.
      5. Do not eat eggs or cheese if you have cancer – these protein sources will hurt you bad. Unfortunately – most doctors have no clue about this – especially oncologists!

  • Cheese – just as eggs – there is a LOT of fat in cheese and this is why we eat it – because the fat is so satisfying. Cheese feeds viruses which could trigger ALS, Multiple Sclerosis, Lupus, CFS - and many more. Cheese can also attack the adrenal glands.
      1. Eggs and Cheese feed cysts, thyroid nodules and tumors – they are horrible for women with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome).
      2. Do not eat eggs or cheese if you have cancer – these protein sources will hurt you bad. Unfortunately – most doctors have no clue about this – especially oncologists!

  • Milk – milk feeds EVERY kind of BAD Streptococcus bacteria in the body. The same Streptococcus that causes acne and SIBO. It is not about the lactose intolerance – it IS the proteins in milk that feed all these pathogens.



Neutral Protein – Plant Protein Powders – just don’t go protein crazy because it is not as important as most believe it is. Focus on healthy carbohydrates.

OKAY Protein Sources: Animal Protein and Plant Protein – both of these proteins do NOT feed pathogens or bad bugs in the body.

  • Plant based Protein – the better source of protein.
  • Animal Protein – contains a lot of fat – which is not good for someone trying to heal.


Good Protein Sources:
  • Spinach Leaves –
  • Barley Grass Juice Powder –
  • Spirulina –

The main point is that people think that they are not getting enough protein – the truth is that almost everyone IS getting enough protein – Even if they only eat some fruits and vegetables – that should provide plenty of protein. They may not be getting the best of the best proteins – but everyone is getting enough.


Questions about Proteins:
  1. Are proteins in beans or lugumes okay? Some people do okay with them and others do not. The problem with beans is that they have so much fiber in them – people often are not used to this much fiber and it can really irritate the intestinal linings. Everybody’s digestive tract and liver is different – meaning they break down foods at different rates and with different chemicals and enzymes.
  • Lentils – contain 28% protein
  1. Does the average man need 50 grams of protein per day? NO – the average man does not need about 50 grams per day.
  • Children only need about 2 grams of protein per day.
  • Average Adults – only need about 7 to 10 grams of protein per day.
  • If someone gets more than 50 grams of protein per day – that person is eventually going to get diabetes, cardiovascular disease, brain disease and liver disease. Too much protein is too much fat.
  • If you are going to eat meat – DON’T eat a lot of it. We don’t need that much protein and meat has way too much fat. The same thing for a vegan who eats nuts – too many nuts equals too much fat.
  1. What about hair loss on a vegan diet and then began eating meat and the hair grew started to grow back?
  • The hair loss you are experiencing today is from something you did a year ago. It doesn’t necessarily mean what you were eating a year ago. Were you up against more stress.
  • Whenever we experience a very stressful situation – hair will come out 8, 9 or 10 months later. It has NOTHING to do with a vegan or a meat diet.
  • 99.5% of Americans eat meat – only .05% are true vegans
  • Meat eaters can lose their hair – but they will never blame it on the meat. Point being: Hair loss is due to a stressful event or events.
  • You need protein from spinach, broccoli, barley grass juice powder, spirulina.
  1. Can Fatty liver or Liver Damage be Reversed? Yes –
  • YES – the very first thing to do is to STOP eating Eggs. Fatty liver disease is a silent disease that is too often undiagnosed.
  • It is not reversible if you keep eating eggs, cheese and a lot of animal fats. You have to stop dumping fats in the liver.
  • Here is what happens when you eat Cheese – it goes through the digestive tract – it goes up the highway of blood right to the liver. The same with eggs – the fat goes right through the intestinal tract into the blood and right up to the liver. It clogs the liver up – this is how it works.
  • This is really bad if we were born into this world with a stagnant liver – that is just one step quicker to a fatty liver. Our livers come into this world with pesticides, DDT, saturate with mercury, Most of us are born with Pre-Fatty livers. So the focus on protein is a focus on fat and fat goes straight from the digestive tract into blood vessels that go straight to the liver.
  • So the liver continues to get fatter and fatter – just filled with fat. Then a virus in the liver becomes activated during a period of weak immunity. That virus will feed off of toxins and poisons right there in the liver – these viruses release more toxins that cause Liver Scarring – which is actual Liver Damage.
  • Main point is to Lower the Fats. It is okay to have a little bit of animal protein – but small portions. If you get really sick – you have to stop animal protein immediately and go to eating leafy greens, spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, spirulina and /or barley grass juice powder. Make veggie sandwiches out of Nori Sheets – Nori is a seaweed vegetable that is pressed into thin paper like sheets that can be used like a soft taco shell or flat blad. Plus – the nori sheet is healthy for you. You can put some brown rice or millet in your nori
  • Celery Juice and Fruit – fruit and LOTS of celery juice will help to heal the liver – now that you know to remove as much fat from your diet as possible. This is what will reverse liver damage – IF it hasn’t gone past the point of no return. You need to eat plenty of fruit carbohydrates from bananas, apples, oranges, grapes, watermelon,
  1. What other proteins are available to vegans besides soy?
  • Lentils – they are 28% protein – try Sprouting them
  • If you eat too many lentils to begin with you will have some irritation, some bloating and a lot of GAS or Flatulence. Why? Because our bodies just are not used to this much fiber and lentils are loaded with fiber.

  1. What foods are best for people over 65?
  • First and foremost is to bring down the Red Meat. In fact – for people age 65 and over – they should stop eating red meat altogether. It is NOT that don’t get enough protein or had enough protein in their life – in fact – they likely had WAY too much protein in their life. They need high quality fruit, vegetable and leafy green carbohydrates.
  • It takes a very strong and healthy liver to produce the quality bile it takes to break down all those animal proteins and fats.
  • ANY kind of illness – the first thing to do is to lower the meat intake. Lowering fats is the beginning to restoring health.
  • The KEY is to minimize proteins after the age of 65.


  1. How do I gain strength for Power Lifting?
  • If you are into lifting weights and power lifting and you feel like you don’t get enough strength – and you feel better when you eat meats – this is 100% a Calorie Deficiency. Fat calories gives you a false security here.

  • Here is what you have to do for Power Lifting: You have to make some HIGH Calorie Fruit Smoothies: 10 to 16 Bananas a day, 20 dates a day, 2 cups of Wild Blueberries, 5 to 7 oranges a day, you have to incorporate a lot of greens like Spinach into your diet. People power lifting should eat a whole watermelon in the morning – you can juice if you have to, but better whole. Add a whole bag of spinach to your smoothie everyday – a good smoothie maker will almost dissolve it. Eat lots of potatoes and sweet potatoes. Potatoes are amazing for building muscles.

  • The protein in potatoes is one of the most beneficial proteins that exists. It is one of the best foods for humans period. It is great for muscle building. Potatoes also have l-lysine that will kill viruses.

  • The Key to Lifting Weights is: Calories and Mineral Salts – in other words Calories and lots of Celery Juice. *Not protein. The mineral salts in celery juice are vital for weigh lifters.


  1. I am chronically ill with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome – and Neurological Fatigue – I feel so weak and tired – what can a person like me do to gain some strength and put on some muscle?

  1. What if a doctor tells me I need to go on Animal meat to get better before I go to a vegan diet? They simply do not know – this is not true. In order to recover from anything – the fats need to come DOWN. Bring in the celery juice – this will speed the recovery.
  2. How can I build muscle without eggs and protein powder?
  • Protein really has NO part in building muscle – stay tuned – you will learn what builds muscle. Adults only need about 10 grams per day.
  1. How much protein do babies need?
  • Breast Milk – is only about 2% to 4% protein and is between 2% and 4% fat – it is over 90% sugar. Protein doesn’t build muscle nor does it build bones. Minerals are what builds bones. The calcium found in oranges is great for building bones. The calcium in regular store bought milk does NOT help build bones.
  • Avocados are very similar to Breast Milk – they both have similar ratios of sugars, fats and proteins.
  • *Newsflash: There IS protein in fruits – there is protein in Everything.
  1. Why do plant based diet people feel better when adding protein?
  • If they go to a whey protein shake or if they even stray and eat a steak – they are getting MORE calories. It has NOTHING to do with the protein – but there is a lot of calories in protein shakes.



Muscles can only be built with 3 things:
  1. Glucose – sugar has to enter the muscle cells in order for muscle to build. Sugar – whether it comes from a banana, a potato, a tomato, winter squash, sweet potatoes – whatever – the sugar has to enter the muscle cell in order for it to expand. You can be on a straight protein diet – without carbohydrates – you will waste away and die. If you took the fat out of animal meat and just ate animal meat with no buns or no source of carbs – you would waste away and die. It would only take about 2 months to waste away to nothing and die. When people are in a care home and are chronically ill and they are fed protein – they will lose all their muscles. This is how misinformed our medical profession is right now. Everything is protein this and protein that. We can get trapped into a belief system that we can’t get enough protein. Nope – it’s all about Sugar-glucose-carbohydrates.
  2. Mineral Salts – celery juice is your number one source. Spinach would be a good number two choice. Both provide high quality mineral salts. Mineral salts are what enters the muscle cell to sustain the cell so it doesn’t atrophy. Mineral salts remove the poisons out of the muscle cells as they are being built – yes – as muscles are being built there is a poisonous byproduct that is coupled with lactic acid – this has to be removed and only mineral salts can do this. Another way our muscles become toxic is when our liver becomes overburdened and pushes out toxins and they can enter muscle cells – ONLY mineral salts can effectively remove these toxins. The cluster salts found in celery juice grab on to these toxins in the muscle cells and remove them from the muscles so the cells don’t atrophy. So if someone is laying in bed and atrophying away – and are being fed fat and protein (animal meat) – they quickly begin to lose glucose and mineral salts in the muscles.
  3. Exercising the Muscles – you have to use them. Do some type of resistance training. *Where is the protein in muscle building? It is NOT involved in muscle building. Medical science and research has absolutely no clue to this true fact. Protein is NOT involved in building muscle. Think of all those protein shakes – wonder why they work? They are packed with sugars and carbohydrates – that is why they work. Protein NEVER has and NEVER will have ANYTHING to do with building muscle.
