Physical Healing of the Body can ONLY occur when the mental, emotional and spiritual body's are aligned. Healing can not happen independently of each other.  When aligned healing becomes easy. 

VIRUSES:

Shingles Virus – the Shingles virus has 31 varieties (strains or subgroups) both rashing and non-rashing.

Epstein Barr virus – has 61 strains

HSV-1 – has close to 10 strains

HSV-2 – has around 15 strains

Cytomegalovirus – has 20 strains

HHV-6, HHV-7, 8 – many more undiscovered strains.

HHV-6 – if you have been diagnosed with chronic inflammation of the Heart or Kidneys, the HHV-6 virus is likely behind this. This virus ruthlessly goes after organs – it causes mystery kidney disease and mystery heart disease – can be the cause of kidney disease leading to dialysis. HHV-6 attacks the kidneys – not an auto-immune disease. HHV-6 can also cause heart disease by inflaming the ventricles and valves.

HHV-7 – not a harmful virus at this time … BUT – it is in the “Rooting Phase” – lasts (10 – 15 years) and in about 20 -30 years this is very likely to be a very bad one. This was a strain of HHV-6 but it mutated into it’s own virus. The Epstein-Barr virus rooted in the late 1800’s and we see all the new labels – diseases related to this and all the cancers caused by Epstein-Barr. In about 20 years this is likely to explode on the scene – kind of like AIDS did – this one will be much more problematic that Epstein-Barr. ***Good News – the good news is that anyone reading this can take preventative actions right now by taking the viral supplements listed below to provide protection so HHV-7 will not be capable of proliferating and to make sure you don’t eat the bad foods like Eggs, Dairy, Cheese, Soy, Canola Oil, Pork and Gluten.

HHV-8 – this can cause sarcomas and is from the herpes family. Some herpes viruses can cause cancer if they begin to feed off of heavy metals, chemicals, harmful foods and pharmaceutical medications.

HHV-9 – just as HHV-7 is in the rooting process – so is HHV-9. It is unlikely that this one will cause severe problems – it will be 30 to 40 years before this virus will come out and make some noise – but it will nothing like the HHV-7.

HHV-10 – people have this one right now and it is not causing major complications right now. This virus lives in the liver and produce byproducts that look just like spirochetes. You may be diagnosed with spirochetes and it is really the HHV-10 byproduct. These are really viral castings. Medical world just has no clue about this yet.

HHV-11 – this is still not discovered yet – but at one time this was a strain of Epstein-Barr and is now its own virus. This virus is NOT rooting and is most often not active. It will be a while before we ever hear about this one as it shouldn’t cause much damage in the near to intermediate future.

HHV-12 – this virus is an offshoot of the Shingles virus. It is beginning to make some waves and cause some moderate trouble. In about 20 years (around 2040) this may become a nuisance. It is already causing rashes in some people, but this is just the very beginning for this one.

Shingles Virus – the shingles virus is in the Herpes Family. It has 31 strains or varieties. There are two categories – (1) Rashing and (2) Non-Rashing. Some shingles labeled diseases and disorders are Bell’s Palsy, trigeminal neuroalgia, TMJ, burning mouth, burning tongue, vaginal burning, bursitis, blurry eyes, neck pain, frozen shoulder and neuropathy. Colitis is actually the shingles virus in the intestinal colon. You have likely had shingles at least for 10 years before any noticeable symptoms appear and in some cases up to 50 years. **See Shingles section.

Lyme Disease – lyme disease is usually a combination of at least 3 or more herpes viruses. Lyme disease is ALL viral and not parasitic or bacterial. The viruses can trigger off certain labs and tests as viruses can take several forms mimicking spirochetes – which is just one of the completely unreliable tests for lyme. Viruses eat and their byproducts can be neurotoxins. These neurotoxins are what cause the symptoms related and associated with Lyme disease. These viruses actually spend little time in the bloodstream but they live in the ganglia, nervous system, brain stem, cerebral fluid lymphatic system and organs. So to look in the blood and in the urine – very unlikely to find them – BUT – some urine tests look for Spirochetes which are considered to be the bacteria related to Lyme – this is not the real spirochete bacteria Borrelia – it is the WASTE byproduct of viruses that look identical to the discovered borrelia in the 80’s. So many people are being misled by our medical establishment saying that they have Lyme and lyme is caused by the Borrelia bacteria – which is totally false. Every human being on the planet has borrelia. *See Lyme Disease note section.

Antiviral Supplements:

Monolaurin or Laurcidin, L-Lysine, Liquid Zinc Sulfate and/or Zinc Picolinate, Cat’s Claw, Lemon Balm, Licorice Root, Sovereign Silver, Ester-C, Elderberry Syrup, Mullein Leaf, Burdock Root, Thyme, Lomatium, Lobelia, Oregano Oil, Olive Leaf, Red Marine Algae, Eyebright,

Supplements and Herbs to Repair Nervous System from viral damage:

Liquid Vitamin B-12, Nettle Leaf, 5-MTHF, Magnesium, Selenium, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Spirulina, Feverfew, California Poppy, Red Clover, Curcumin, Heal All.

Antiviral Supplements:

• Monolaurin – or Laurcidin – antiviral – it breaks down EBV load and reduces cofactors. Also kills bad bacteria in the body.

• L-lysine – lowers EBV load by interrupting the reproduction of viruses. Lysine also acts as a central nervous system anti-inflammatory. L-lysine is found naturally in Apples. Take high doses up to 6,000 mg daily with at least the same amount of Ester-C (6,000 to 15,000mg) – separate into two doses daily. L-lysine – is one of the critical supplements that can help you fight Epstein-Barr. It impairs the ability of viral cells to move and reproduce. It is important to take Vitamin C and Zinc with L-lysine as it helps strengthen the immune system – then the immune system can attack and kill the viruses that have been weakened by L-lysine. Take Ester-C or Liposomal C and take Zinc Sulfate liquid form.

• Ester-C – as mentioned, take with L-lysine at high doses for each one – take 3,000 mg of each twice daily. You can go much higher on vitamin c – the combination of lysine and ester-c amplifies and provides a powerful combo for fighting viruses.

• Elderberry Syrup – antiviral – contains bioactive zinc - strengthens the immune system.

• Sovereign Silver – lowers EBV viral load by killing viruses on contact

• Liquid Zinc Sulfate or Zinc Picolinate – antiviral – kills viruses, protects endocrine system and boosts immune system – also lowers inflammatory reactions caused by the neurtoxins from viruses.

• Lemon Balm – antiviral and antibacterial. Kills EBV cells and strengthens the immune system.

• Licorice Root – Glycyrrhiza glabra – lowers EBV production and strengthens the adrenals and kidneys. – – antiviral – Licorice Root destroys Epstein-Barr virus that is in the Thyroid and it impairs viruses to move and reproduce. It also strengthens the adrenal glands and kidneys. Licorice root also will help the body balance cortisol and cortisone.

• Cat’s Claw – herb that reduces EBV and cofactors such as strep A and strep B.

• Mullein Leaf – antiviral, antibacterial, and works great as an expectorant by removing phlegm. Great for bronchitis, lung congestion, colds and for the flu. Powerful for the flu virus, shingles virus, herpes virus, Epstein-Barr virus and Staph infections. Mullein is also anti-inflammatory – it contains verbascoside which is an anti-inflammatory that helps with aches and helps with pain. Mullein has natural sedative properties and has been used for insomnia and anxiety. Great for using for ear aches also. Mullein Leaf also contains anti-spasmodics which help with menstrual cramping. Mullein treats almost all digestive disorders also. Great All around herb like Lemon Balm and Cat’s Claw. Mullein Leaf and Cat’s Claw work great together to strengthen the liver’s own immune system (the liver does have it’s own immune system).

• Burdock Root – Burdock is one of the top recommended herbs for cancer. It is great for treating all skin problems, acne and shingles virus.

• Thyme – powerful as an antiviral – thyme crosses the blood brain barrier to attack viruses in the brain stem and spinal fluid. Thyme will kill viruses on contact. Thyme is good for respiratory ailments like bronchitis, loosening up mucus and the flu and also great for acne and fighting viruses – combine with Licorice root and Echinacea. Thyme is great for alleviating gas (carminative effect). Thyme can help to induce perspiration (diaphoretic effect). Thyme is great for removing phlegm and mucus from the lungs and bronchi (expectorant effect). Thyme prevents the growth of harmful disease causing microorganisms (antiseptic effect). Thyme is antibacterial. Thyme contains several essential vitamins like A, B - complex, C, E, K and folate. Thyme contains the minerals calcium, potassium, manganese, selenium and iron – the second most deficient mineral. Thyme is a top tier herb when it comes to antioxidants and is packed with bioflavonoids which aids in eliminating free radicals. Thyme should be taken at the very first sign of a cold or flu.

• Lomatium – antiviral – great overall herb that is antiviral for shingles and Epstein-Barr, great for COPD and all lung diseases and great for treating urinary tract and bladder infections. Great for the flu. Improves immune function and great for all respiratory ailments. It is very important in flushing out dead toxic viral corpses and bacterial debris.

• Lobelia – powerful antiviral that works on lungs as Mullein and Lomatium.

• Elderberry Syrup – antiviral – strengthens the immune system
