Every virus that is known at this time to be harmful and cause illness – at one time in the past had a rooting process in which it was virtually harmless.

This rooting process period can last between 10 to 15 years.

During the beginning of this rooting stage the virus is ignorant to where it is and oblivious to its new environment.
