Groups of Epstein-Barr – the
Epstein-Barr virus has been around over 100 years now and has 61
strains that have developed over these years. It has changed and
mutated through several generations and millions of people. All of
these strains can be categorized into 6 groups and about 10 types
(subgroups) within each group.

1.
There are still some old ones left and these are the mildest. They
can take decades to transition from one stage to the next. They may
not even be noticed until you are in your 70’s or 80’s and could
just be effective some nerves to cause mild back pain. They could
remain in your organs and never reach stage 3 or 4.
2.
This group moves from stage to stage a little bit quicker than group 1. They are a little more
active and symptoms may be recognized in your 50’s and 60’s.
This type will live mostly in the thyroid and will send some viral
cells out to the nerves which will result in mild nerve irritation
and inflammation. This is the group in which the medical field
actually knows about.
3.
Group 3 will move from stage
to stage quicker than group 2. Symptoms could be recognizable in
your 40’s. This group will move to Stage 4 – meaning that they
do leave the thyroid and head for the nerves. Symptoms associated
with Group 3 are: joint pain, fatigue, heart palpitations, tinnitus,
and vertigo.

Group 4 will move even faster
than group 3. Symptoms appear in the early 30’s. It is aggressive
on the nerves and can result in symptoms such as: fibromyalgia,
chronic fatigue syndrome, brain fog, confusion, anxiety, moodiness
and everything in the first three groups. The symptoms of post
traumatic stress can appear – even if no trauma has occurred.

Group 5 is even faster than group 4. Symptoms occur as early as age
20. It strikes just when someone sets out to have an independent
life. It creates all the complications of group 4 and it will
proliferate off of stress, negative emotions and even fear and worry.
Since nothing can be detected in the medical field these victims are
often told “it’s all in your head” or “you’re just lazy.”
This is why psychiatrist are so busy as many will be referred to
one and likely diagnosed with depression and put on a pill for life
that will do very little if not cause more complications because the
virus can feed off of the toxins found in drugs. At this stage there
is inflammation found in the body and if they go to a lyme doctor and
take the blood lyme test – they may be diagnosed with Lyme Disease
– which isn’t true – it is just another aggressive and vicious
strain of Epstein-Barr virus.
6.
Group 6 is a very aggressive
form of Epstein-Barr and can effect young children. It can have all
the symptoms in group 5 but can also create symptoms so severe that
they can be misdiagnosed as leukemia, viral meningitis or lupus.
This one is bad and can weaken the immune system and lead to an array
of symptoms like weakness, fatigue, rashes and severe nerve pain.
